RabbitMQ - Management Plugin Troubleshooting

Steps to troubleshoot RabbitMQ - Management Plugins error

• Issue: 

It is related to the crash dump generated by RabbitMQ, and the Node cookie which does not get refreshed. This is the reason RabbitMQ doesn't start, and does not allow us to enable the management plugin.

• Resolution:
