Please follow the below instructions to troubleshoot service–specific error code 1 in Tomcat start up

  • Browse to C:\Insights\InSights_V1.0\Server2\apache-tomcat\bin. Note - this varies depending on your Tomcat installation
  • Double-Click and Open Tomcat9w.exe. Choose Startup tab and change mode from jvm to Java. Click apply and ok.

                              

  • Start the Apache Tomcat service in Windows services
