Assign user to various access groups
Note:
Admin has the full authority over the system.
Editor can edit the content with some restrictions (Full access is not granted).
Viewer can only view the content.
Once an a new user id added, you can assign the User to various roles in various Access groups by clicking "Add User" icon in Group & User Management.
The steps are given below -
Select the radio button near Add User
Select the radio button near Assign user to various access group to assign the user to various roles in various access groups.
Search for the user using the user’s Login ID
Select the Access Group and Role
If the user is found then you can assign the user to different access groups and different roles.
Click on the Save icon to save changes
Click the Save icon on the top-right to save the changes.
