To use Logo Setting please use Insights version - v 3.7 or higher.
Step - by - step instructions on how to upload a custom logo/organization logo to Insights.
Click on Configuration, click on the sub-menu Logo Setting
- Click on Configuration, click on the sub-menu Logo Setting to upload a custom logo / Organizations logo
- The logo will appear on the Login Page and Left Bottom of Main Navigation Menu
How to upload a Logo?
- Click on "Choose File"
- Navigate to the folder where the logo you want to upload is saved
- Select the Logo
- Click on "Open"
Preview the logo, click on upload icon
- Preview the logo for accuracy
- Click on the "upload" icon to upload the logo (you may click on "cancel" icon if you want to upload a different Logo)
Please follow the EXACT instructions to upload your logo to avoid any DISTORTION!
- Please ENSURE that the logo edge to edge is 250px * 67px (any other size may distort the logo). Image size should be less than 1Mb
- Please use a transparent (.PNG) image to suit the existing color palette of Login Page (#f0f0f0) and the Navigation Menu (#383737)
- Please LOGOUT and LOGIN again in to Insights for changes to take effect
