Slack Approval Issues

The Application must be reachable from Internet\Slack, Slack will post payload to this server

Problem

When an interactive button is clicked, slack throws the below error

Cause

The Middleware application might be down or not opened to internet

Fix

  • Check Middleware application is running or not
  • Check its connectivity, whether opened to internet or not
  • Check whether the Redirect URL given in Slack app is correct
