Having trouble Signing In?
Contact your local Administrator/Organization head for the issue.
InSights is a multi-organization platform. Both Admin and User can access the portal with different roles. The following roles are:
- Admin: Only Admin can add a new user in InSights using LDAP/AD authentication(Existing User of an organization can be added into InSights using LDAP/AD authentication).
- User: Once Admin adds Users into InSights, they will be able to access the portal.
This is the first page of InSights. In order to access the InSights, LDAP/AD authentication is required. So, please Sign In with the credentials provided by the admin/organization.
On this page:
Access the Login page.
- Enter http://hostname:8080/app/#!/InSights/login into the browser address bar or follow the link.
Enter the Login credentials.
- Enter the User Name.
- Enter the corresponding Password.
Click "Sign In" / "Enter" on the keyboard.
- Click on the "Sign In" button present below the "Password" bar or press "Enter" on the keyboard.
Note:
- The user can only authenticate with the LDAP/AD credentials.
- The user cannot create his own credentials/Sign Up.
