Problem
When an interactive button is clicked, slack throws the below error
Cause
The Middleware application might be down or its not opened to internet
Fix
- Check Middleware application is running or not
- Check its connectivity, whether opened to internet or not
- Check whether the Redirect URL given in Slack app is correctÂ
