Uninstall an Agent

Check how to uninstall an agent under this section.

Browse Agent Management tab

If a tool's agent is registered, the list would be present under the Agent Management tab under the Admin section.

Select the agent to uninstall

Select the radio box of the agent that has to be uninstalled.
Ensure that the agent is in STOP mode. Please stop the agent if it is in START mode.

Click the uninstall button

Click the uninstall button present on the top-right side of the screen.

Confirm uninstall in the confirmation box

Click "Yes" in the confirmation box, and the agent will be uninstalled.

Uninstalling the agent would not delete/remove the data that has been collected by the agent. The agent could be re-registered again, and the data collection would be resumed from the last run time of the agent.
