Edit/Delete Business Data
Please ensure that InsightsEngine service or the PlatformEngine.jar is running, so that business data can be mapped with tool's agent data.

Browse Business Mapping
- Browse Business Mapping tab present under the Admin tab.
Click Onboard/Download Data button
- Click Onboard/Download Data button on the top-right side of the screen.
Click the Download data button
- Select a folder location to save the .csv file.
Ensure the CSV is in appropriate format
- Please do not edit the first column since these are the primary keys that were added dynamically.
- Please input your Action as edit or delete in the last column, and the respective actions will be performed.
- The hierarchy must be updated sequentially, starting from level 1 to level 4. NULL values could only be present at descendant levels. Eg:
Correct Format - Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, NULL
Wrong Format - Level 1, NULL, Level 3, Level 4 (NULL is not present at descendant level)
Select a file to upload
- Choose the option "Edit existing data" from the drop-down menu.
- Upload the file that has the latest updates, which was edited after download existing records.
Click Preview File button
- Review the data in the file by clicking the Preview File button.
- Once the review is complete, click CONFIRM AND UPLOAD button.
Every time you upload a new set of data, please make sure that the records have not been recorded/duplicated in the previous uploads. Duplicated records will throw an error, and the data would not be uploaded.
