Group Email Configuration

Introduction

Group Email Configuration helps the user to attach more than one (at most 10) reports within a single email. The reports could be either of Dashboard Report Download or Report Management. With this functionality, the Client need NOT to configure many reports and receive those many mails.

Pre-Requisite

Configuration

  • Configure the Group Email Batch

    • Click the “mail” icon while in Dashboard Report Download or Report Management.

    • Click the “plus” icon and enter appropriate and unique Batch name for Group Email Configuration.

       

    • After clicking “plus“ icon, below pop-up will open up.

  • Select the Schedule based on your requirement. Following options for schedule are available: -

    • ONETIME

    • DAILY

    • WEEKLY

    • MONTHLY

    • YEARLY

 

 

After this, select the reports which you want to attach with your email. You can attach a maximum of 10 reports with each mail.

 

Enter the appropriate Mailing Details required to send the Group Email. You can add multiple receivers email addresses in the “To” field by entering comma (,) separated emails.

  • Once everything is filled, user can click on the “save” button and click on “Yes” to save the Group Email Configuration.

  • Post saving, the list of Group Email batches is shown as below

 

  • We can toggle between active and Inactive state. Once the report is made in-active, it will not be executed further.

    • Details of the report can be found after clicking on the “details” icon. The following screenshot shows example of execution history details.

  • Editing the Configured Report

    • Except for the batch name and schedule, users can edit other fields and update the report.

    • Users can add more reports or remove the attached reports.

    • Mailing details can be edited as well.
