There are three roles of a Users in InSights. They are mentioned below -
Admin:
Full access to
add/edit/delete
content.
Editor:
Access to
edit
content with certain restrictions.
Viewer:
Only access to
view
the content.
The steps are given below -
Navigate to Access Group Management
Click "
Access Group Management
" under the Admin section.
Click the "User Onboarding" button
Click the "
User Onboarding
" button (green button) present on the top-right side of the screen.
Select the Access Group
Select the Access group from the drop-down list.
Select the role of the user
Select the role from the drop down for the user you would like to edit.
