The panels in the row also gets deleted with the row.

You can a Delete Row, if needed. Following is the list of content:
Go to the Dashboard screen.
Click on the “Green Icon”.
- Click on the “Green Icon” on the left side of the screen.
Choose “Delete Row”.
- Select "Delete Row" from the drop-down list.
