There are three roles of a user Users in InSights. The roles are:They are mentioned below -

Navigate to Group & Users Management
- Click "Application Group & User Management" under the Admin section.
2. Click the "User Onboarding" button.
- Click "User Onboarding"(green button) present on the top-right side of the screen.
3. Select the organization name.
- Select the organization name in the drop down list.
4. Enter the username of the user in the search box.
- Enter the Username/ID of the user in the search box or look for the user in the list.
5. Check the radio box.
6.Select the Access Group
- Select the Access group from the drop-down list.
Select the record for the user you would like to edit
- Click on "Edit Icon" and select the role from the drop down for the user you would like to edit.
Select the role of the user
.- Select the role such as Admin, Editor or Viewer.
- from the drop down for the user you would like to edit.
Click "Save Button"
- Click the "Save Button"
- to save the changes.
