There are three roles of a Users in InSights. They are mentioned below -

Navigate to
AccessGroup & Users Management
.- Click "Access Group & User Management" under the Admin section.
Click the "User Onboarding" button.
- Click the "User Onboarding" button (green button) present on the top-right side of the screen.
Select the
organization name.Access Group
- Select the Access group from the drop-down list.
Enter the username in the search box.
- Enter the Username/ID of the User in the search box or look for the User in the list.
Check the radio button.
Select the record for the user you would like to edit
- Click on "Edit Icon" and select the role from the drop down for the user you would like to edit.
Select the role of the
User.user
- Select the role of the User - Admin, Editor or Viewer.
Click the "Save" button.
Click "Yes" button in the confirmation box.
- from the drop down for the user you would like to edit.
Click "Save Button"
- Click the "Save Button" to save the changes.
