Navigate to Group & Users Management
- Click "Access Group & Users Management" under the Admin section.

- Click "User Onboarding"(green button) present on the top - left side of the screen.
Select the organization name.
Select the organization name inSelect the Access Group
- Select the Access group from the drop down list.
Enter the username of the user in the search box.
- Enter the Username/ID of the user in the Search box or browse through the list.
Check the radio box.
Select the record for the user you would like to delete
- Click the "Delete" button.
Click the "Delete Button"
button.- Click "DeleteYes" in the confirmation box.
- to delete the selected record successfully.
